If you're like us, your cats are part of the family. When you can't be home with them, whether because of work, holiday or other obligations, you want them taken care of with the same love and attention you give them. That's exactly what we do at Angel Cats Boarding Cattery. Because we truly love cats!  

Angel Cats Boarding Cattery is a purpose-built boarding facility for cats situated in the heart of beautiful Oxford, North Canterbury, New Zealand. We are situated about 35 minutes drive from the north side of Christchurch, where peace & tranquility are the order of the day. We are also wheelchair accessible, with parking for the disabled. 

Our aim is to provide a loving and caring environment where your cats' well being is our top priority.  We use the highest possible standards of hygiene and security, with no interaction between guests unless they are from the same household.  We have Feliway Diffusers going at all times to help keep guests feel comfortable in the cattery environment, and Feliway spray to put in rooms for the more anxious guests.

  • Individual rooms, each with multiple shelves including an overhead walkway, large opening window, multiple places to sleep with snuggly blankets, toys, food, water and kitty litter tray

  • Super premium quality food given to each guest daily

  • Bed-time treats given at tucking in time each evening

  • Administration of medicine for those with medical conditions

  • Transportation to vet should the need arise

  • Long and short-term stay available (discount for long-term)

Your little Angel(s) for us to love & pampurr!

Any medication your cat may be taking

Your cat's vet book showing up-to-date vaccination status, cats need to be vaccinated for FHV-1, FPV, FCV

Any special food or a prescription diet - we are more than happy to give to your fur baby

Anything from home that your cat likes to sleep on, or smells of you and your family

Relax in the knowledge that your little Angel is safe and well-cared-for while you are away!
